Privacy Policy

BRA Investments LLC ("we") runs a private business assistant called BRA JARVIS. It is used only by the owner of BRA Investments LLC to manage the company's property acquisition and sales work. This policy explains what information it handles.

Information we keep

• Business records the owner enters or imports: property and parcel information, seller and buyer contact details, buying criteria, notes, deal calculations and transaction dates.
• Public property information, such as county records, flood-zone maps and licensed property-data services.
• What you send through our website form: your name, phone, email, property or buying details, your message, and whether you agreed to be contacted (with the date and exact wording).
• Do-not-contact and opt-out requests, which we keep so we never contact that person again.

Google user data

With the owner's permission, BRA JARVIS connects to the owner's own Google accounts to:

• Google Drive and Sheets: read the company's own CRM spreadsheets and documents, write a "JARVIS Pipeline" tab in the company's own spreadsheet, and create encrypted backup files in a folder it creates.
• Gmail: send individual emails only after the owner approves each exact message, and read the business inbox to detect replies asking us to stop.

BRA JARVIS's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google user data is used only to provide these features to the owner. We do not sell it, use it for advertising, or use it to train AI models. To provide the assistant's features, limited excerpts may be processed by the AI service provider that powers BRA JARVIS. That provider is used only to generate the owner's requested reports and drafts.

Storage and security

Records are stored on a private, password-protected server. Backups are encrypted before they are stored off the server. Access is limited to the owner.

Your choices

You can ask us to stop contacting you, or to correct or delete your information, by replying STOP to any email or writing to brainvestmentsjik@gmail.com. The owner can disconnect Google access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
